Trenton Avenue Arts Festival: 5/17/08

The 2008 Trenton Avenue Arts Festival will occur on May 17, 2008 from 12 noon to 5 PM. The 2008 Arts Fest promises to deliver more good times this year than ever before, see you there. (This is a sprinkle or shine event, severe weather date is planned for Sunday, May 18th, 12pm –5pm.)

This year’s festival will feature the 2nd Annual Kensington Kinetic Sculpture Derby (KKSD) a design competition and parade of human powered vehicle sculptures. Trenton Avenue Arts Festival
Date: Saturday, May 17, 2008
Time: 12 noon - 5 PM
Location: Trenton Avenue between E. Norris Street and Frankford Avenue at York Street Get the Map
Registration Deadline: April 30,2008 (Late fees will apply for registrations received after this date.)

Call for Artists and Food Vendors:
Artist Vendors: $50.00 per 10×10 space (Arts vendors will receive $20 back in TAAF cash to spend on art at the fest.)
Food Vendors: $75.00 per 10×10 space (Returning food vendors registration fee: $50)
Tables will be available for rent for an additional $15.00 a piece.
Vendor setup will occur between 9am - 11am.

Volunteers needed:
Showing, planning, playing, cooking, flyering, or building- there are plenty of ways to make your mark with the Fest. Let us know what your specialty is…we are looking for volunteers to help with several tasks.

TAAF organizers reserve the right to deny vendors if they are not arts-related, local non profits, or actively benefiting the neighborhood.
